Aurelian Automotive provides mobile auto detailing services to customers in the Austin, TX metropolitan area. We bring all equipment, products, and personnel to your requested location. Services are scheduled by appointment through our website or by phone.
- All appointments are subject to availability.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
- Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.
- Service addresses must be within our service area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
- Pricing is based on vehicle size and selected service tier.
- New clients receive a 15% discount on core services (Exterior, Interior, Full Service). This discount does not apply to add-on services.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking or on-site.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Booked appointments are charged at the rate confirmed at booking.
- Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, modifications, or sensitive surfaces before service begins.
- Aurelian Automotive is not liable for damage to vehicle surfaces caused by pre-existing conditions including but not limited to: clear coat failure, oxidation, paint thinning, previous improper repairs, or aftermarket modifications.
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Please remove valuables before your appointment.
- Customers agree to provide access to the vehicle and a safe work environment.
We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with your detailing service, contact us within 48 hours and we will address your concerns. Refunds or re-service are provided at our discretion based on the nature of the concern.
- You may create an account on our website to manage bookings and payment information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may sign in using your Google account through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
All content on aurelianautomotive.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Aurelian Automotive and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.
- You agree not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the security of our website.

Aurelian Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
